Jonathan Clark’s practice focuses on general litigation, premises liability, personal injury, motor vehicle collisions, trucking, transportation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, medical malpractice, business litigation, municipality defense, and insurance defense. Jonathan is a former judicial law clerk to The Honorable R. Keith Kelly, South Carolina Circuit Court Judge for the 7th Judicial Circuit (2016-2017 term), and a former Assistant Solicitor for the 7th Judicial Circuit in Spartanburg (2017-2018).  Jonathan practices law in both North Carolina and South Carolina.  Jonathan was the recipient of the 2025 C. Bruce Littlejohn Young Lawyer Award, presented by the Spartanburg County Bar Association.

Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. An avid outdoorsman, Jonathan enjoys hiking, camping, fly-fishing, and golfing when time permits. Jonathan and his wife are active members at Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church (“The Mill”) in Spartanburg.
