Robert E. Davis

Robert Davis' practice focuses on general litigation, premises liability, personal injury, motor vehicle collisions, trucking, transportation, insurance contracts, and insurance defense. He has practiced law for nearly 25 years, and holds the distinction of a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating. Prior to beginning civil practice, Robert served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable William T. Howell, Chief Judge for the South Carolina Court of Appeals (1997-1998).

Outside the office, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing golf, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.
